By utilizing the services and discounts offered by TN Heroes Network, both buyers and sellers acknowledge and agree that they have the right to select any service provider of their choice. In doing so, the buyer/seller agrees to hold harmless both TN Heroes Network, United Real Estate Solutions, and its Broker from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their transactions or interactions within the Network.
